• Manage day-to-day design schedules for Architects and Engineers of Record • Track design deliverables and ensure alignment with overall project schedules • Coordinate with Document Control to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of design submissions • Support submission processes for AHJ approvals and ensure completeness of required documentation • Manage and maintain company BIM standards and intellectual property • Oversee all current and archived BIM/Revit models • Develop and maintain company Revit templates and standards • Facilitate communication between design, engineering, manufacturing, and project teams • Assist in development of graphics and visual materials for client presentations • Support implementation of QA/QC standards across all design deliverables • Coordinate drawings, specifications, and submittals with project stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in: Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management (Equivalent experience may be considered) • 6+ years of experience in: Architecture, Construction, Manufacturing or modular design • Experience with commercial or institutional projects required • Detention or secure facility experience preferred • Proficiency in: Revit (required), Bluebeam, Microsoft 365 • Preferred experience with: Procore, Newforma, Project scheduling software, Lumion or rendering tools, Adobe InDesign
