📋 Description
• Architect the holistic, end-to-end user journey strategy for Twilio Email. • Lead strategic connective tissue between individual channel silos. • Define the long-term UX roadmap for SendGrid platform. • Cultivate relationships with Product Directors and Engineering VPs. • Architect design framework for high-density data visualizations and performance tracking. • Drive evolution of Twilio’s centralized design system by pioneering reusable email primitives. • Transform vague corporate initiatives into a clear, unified product roadmap.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of professional product design experience architecting and shipping complex, data-heavy B2B SaaS platforms, developer tools, infrastructure products, or enterprise communication platforms. • Expert-Level Systems Thinking demonstrating cross-product workflow mapping and complex data architectures. • Proven track record of influencing product strategy at Director and VP level. • Experience translating technical infrastructure into developer-friendly mental models. • Experience mentoring designers and driving structural change within UX organizations. • Curiosity about AI-powered tools and workflows, knowledgeable of emerging technologies.
