📋 Description

• Evaluate the integrity and excellence of digital products for healthcare clients • Learn products deeply to identify risks and consult with clients and teams on recommended actions and quality improvements • Use exploratory testing to find and investigate bugs across multiple browsers and devices • Advocate for end-users by verifying functionality, design, and ADA accessibility • Design and execute JMeter performance testing scripts • Conduct API testing to validate data communication between services • Evaluate web applications against core security principles • Create and maintain automated test suites using Mabl and Appium • Leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize the testing lifecycle • Author reproducible bug reports and technical user guides • Oversee quality best practices throughout the SDLC from discovery to post-launch • Verify specifications across all platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of context-driven testing experience or equivalent education • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Strong critical thinking and test design skills • Ability to communicate technical testing concepts to diverse stakeholders • Deep understanding of development and design languages as they relate to API structures, web security, and automated patterns • Experience with JMeter for performance benchmarking • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman • Foundational knowledge of web security fundamentals • Knowledge of Web Accessibility Guidelines • Experience building or maintaining automated test suites • Hands-on experience with modeling, test design, and mind maps • Experience with Rapid Software Testing (RST) • Experience using AI tools to enhance testing workflows • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to remain stationary during the workday and constantly operate a computer • Ability to converse and exchange information with clients and coworkers in person and through a computer • Ability to occasionally transport items of 10 lbs or less
