📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic group facilitation and case management services • Perform client assessments and screenings • Facilitate IOP group sessions, individual, family, and weekly programs using recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions • Complete required paperwork within established timelines for billing • Maintain a safe, efficient working and treatment environment • Communicate with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality client care • Engage clients in group therapy, 12-step recovery, health and wellness promotion, and crisis management • Develop individual treatment plans and monitor, evaluate, and document client progress • Complete intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications, case reviews, case management sessions, and discharge plans • Facilitate coordination of care and therapeutic interventions • Coach recovering persons in developing recovery plans • Facilitate transitions from professional services to community-based services • Promote self-advocacy and client-centered rehabilitation goals • Link clients with community, educational, vocational, social, cultural, spiritual, mutual self-help, and professional resources • Encourage participation in community-based activities • Develop relationships with community groups and agencies • Identify barriers to community resource participation and develop strategies to overcome them • Complete other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a non-related field and at least one year of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, or an associate degree and at least two years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience • Knowledge of software programs for personal computer use, especially word processing, video conferencing, email, and spreadsheets • Knowledge and experience in counseling and case management with substance abuse clients • Ability to provide services via video conferencing/teletherapy • Ability to prepare, implement, and analyze treatment plans and psychiatric reports • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills • Ability to plan and organize case workload and manage deadlines • Ability to maintain ethical professional standards, confidentiality, client boundaries, and sensitive information • Competence and commitment to cultural differences, diversity, and client rights • Willingness to seek supervision and/or support as needed • Knowledge of behavioral health services, mental disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse, and commonly prescribed medications and side effects • Ability to recognize and respond to client danger, aggression, crisis, medical emergencies, fire, disasters, and hazards • Must pass background checks required by Modern Recovery Services • Must speak English • Must be able to drive an automobile and operate standard office equipment • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
