📋 Description

• Support facilitator relationships across a portfolio of school and district accounts through office hours, onboarding, success planning, and community moderation • Monitor product adoption and escalate facilitator trends, recurring struggles, feedback themes, and risk signals • Execute the facilitator experience vision and communication cadence • Surface facilitator insights to Customer Success and Support/Implementation teams • Run Office Hours and respond to facilitator questions and support tickets in SmartLab Spot • Own the facilitator journey from onboarding through confidence and certification • Moderate the facilitator Spot community • Conduct proactive check-ins to coach instructional practice, monitor SmartLab ecosystem adoption, identify growth opportunities, and connect facilitators with resources • Occasionally deliver training sessions when trainer availability gaps arise • Develop and update professional learning content, including Foundations Training, Extend Sessions, custom sessions, Knowledge Base and Spot content, and facilitator materials • Maintain SmartLab Spot content and Knowledge Base articles alongside curriculum and product changes • Maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday.com data hygiene and reporting for the assigned portfolio • Follow cross-team collaboration processes with Customer Success and Support • Maintain the facilitator certification pathway and monitor certification progress, training completion, resource usage, and engagement data to improve the facilitator experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent classroom or coaching experience considered • 2–4 years of experience in K-12 education, K-12 professional development, or K-12 educator training • Experience designing or delivering adult learning experiences, ideally in a hands-on or project-based context • Strong relationship-building and virtual facilitation skills • Ability to build simple learning content, including videos, job aids, and course materials, without a large production team • Familiarity with STEM or project-based learning pedagogies preferred • Prior classroom teaching experience preferred
