📋 Description
• Facilitate scheduled therapeutic groups and deliver appropriate topics • Complete group notes immediately after leading each group • Document all services provided in clients' medical records • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and professional staff to develop comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs • Maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance with company policies, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards, regulations, and clinical guidelines • Participate periodically in staff meetings and provide training on therapeutic services and mental health topics • Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting individually with clients for support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience working in behavioral healthcare preferred • Maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements • Meet facility and regulatory entity licensing, certification, and credentialing requirements • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, DMHAS standards and regulations, and Joint Commission standards and regulations • Maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines • Availability Monday-Friday, 9:45am-6:15pm EST
