Modern Recovery Services is an online mental health and addiction treatment provider that delivers virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and therapy for adults and teens. The company offers individual and group therapy, online family sessions, medication consultations, recovery coaching, case management, academic/vocational support, and aftercare. 📋 Description

• Support individuals in recovery from substance use disorder and/or co-occurring disorders • Serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Group Facilitator to meet clients’ needs in accordance with treatment plans • Provide individual sessions to clients in need of these services • Provide recovery education across every phase of the recovery journey • Help recovering persons identify personal interests, goals, strengths, and weaknesses regarding recovery • Coach recovering persons to develop plans for advancing their recovery • Facilitate transitions from professional services to community-based services • Promote self-advocacy and ensure clients’ needs, goals, and objectives remain central to services • Identify and support linkages to community resources • Provide hope and encouragement for community-based activities • Develop relationships with community groups and agencies • Identify barriers to participation in community resources and develop strategies to overcome them • Provide teletherapy services including evaluation, assessment, consultation, treatment planning, case management, coaching, individual therapy, couple/family therapy, and group therapy • Deliver telehealth primarily through interactive audio, video, telephone, and/or other audio/video communications

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university • Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement) • Must be able to provide Level 1 fingerprint clearance card • Must understand and respect everyone's unique path to recovery • Working knowledge of the drug and alcohol treatment system • Demonstrated commitment to the recovery community • Comfortable working with both adolescent and adult populations • Ability to provide services via video conferencing/teletherapy when determined appropriate for clients and the organization
