📋 Description

• Meet with individuals and families to understand financial situations and long-term goals • Offer tailored life insurance and investment-based solutions after state certifications and company-sponsored training • Educate members on life insurance, retirement planning, college savings, and asset protection strategies • Meet with existing member leads from local marketing and community engagement efforts • Provide ongoing member service through regular reviews and check-ins • Build a network through relationship-based prospecting, local involvement, referrals, and member events • Participate in mentorship and training programs • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks for member activity, plan implementation, and retention • Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and state licensing requirements • Help individuals and families plan secure financial futures while building long-term community relationships • Progress toward becoming a future Financial Services Professional and potentially recruit, train, and develop a team
