📋 Description

• Design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules, for various RCM products and features • Conduct engaging and effective virtual and in-person training sessions for clients (medical practices, hospitals, and billing companies) and internal Modernizing Medicine staff • Assess training needs and tailor content and delivery methods to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency and RCM experience • Provide ongoing support and consultation to trainees, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices for RCM workflows • Collaborate with product development, implementation, and support teams to stay informed about product updates and enhancements, incorporating relevant information into training programs • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Modernizing Medicine's RCM software and industry best practices • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to RCM training • Travel as required to client sites for on-site training and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of experience in RCM training, implementation, or a related healthcare IT role • Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management processes, including patient registration, charge entry, claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up • Strong understanding of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs to diverse audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely • Proficiency in creating professional training documentation and presentations using tools like Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Certification in professional training or adult education is desirable
