📋 Description
• Embed with high-complexity client accounts to design, build, and deploy AI systems • Run deep discovery to map actual workflows and identify friction • Build production-grade agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop structures • Navigate complexity: legacy systems, compliance requirements • Build deployment playbooks • Partner with Solutions Engineering team to improve architectural standards • Travel to client sites as required
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting • Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production • Deep fluency with AI deployment patterns • Strong integration and API skills • Outstanding communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity • High EQ, personal accountability, and a sense of humor
