📋 Description

• Coordinate and motivate teams throughout a project's various phases • Identify, organize, prioritize, and monitor project tasks • Develop detailed project plans • Manage project/account budgets, scope, and timelines • Monitor and track project/account performance • Coordinate projects across planning, research, creative, engineering, production, and delivery • Support projects involving cross-functional and highly distributed teams • Work across a wide range of clients and projects within the PMO team • Understand and advocate for client needs and goals • Build relationships with clients and cross-departmental internal teams • Report typically to a Director, Product Management and above

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3 or more years of digital experience in marketing, strategy, design and/or UX project management • Strong preference for marketing experience • Advanced practical knowledge of project management practices • Practical knowledge of modern marketing, design, and UX workflows • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to tailor written and verbal communications to various audiences • Understanding of and advocacy for client needs and goals • Client and cross-departmental relationship-building ability • Ability to influence decision-making • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize across multiple projects • Detail-oriented and highly organized with advanced time management skills • SmartSheet and/or similar collaborative project planning software mastery; Airtable knowledge is a plus • Mastery of Google Workspace productivity tools (gSheets/gSlides/gDocs) • Familiarity with Monday, Jira, Asana, or comparable task-management tools • AI literacy and hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini • Experience with or strong aptitude for building AI agents and developing agentic workflows • Dedication to providing world-class service • Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are desirable • Business analysis and documentation skills are desirable • Digital consultancy work experience is desirable
