📋 Description

• Lead a product area end-to-end, from market and customer understanding through roadmap delivery and cross-functional alignment • Develop understanding of market, competitive dynamics, emerging trends, user needs, pain points, use cases, and unmet needs • Own and evolve a 6–12 month product roadmap, manage dependencies, track delivery, and adjust priorities • Measure customer adoption, retention, revenue, and product health through KPIs • Translate stakeholder input and customer needs into structured initiatives and epics • Use AI to synthesize feedback, analyze competitive landscapes, process datasets and interviews, and draft PRDs, specifications, and user stories • Build working prototypes with AI-assisted tools to validate concepts with customers • Prepare working analyses and clear points of view for planning discussions • Serve as a central communication point between Engineering and Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Partner with senior leadership to define and communicate product vision and positioning • Champion innovation, identify differentiation opportunities, and run experiments • Manage Product Owners and mentor Product Managers • Provide direction, coaching, and feedback for backlog management, user stories, and execution • Absorb Product Owner duties when needed • Improve product development practices, tools, and collaboration methods across the Product organization • Report to the Director of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years in a software/SaaS environment • 4+ years in a product management role with go-to-market experience • Demonstrated, meaningful use of AI tools in your own PM workflow • Proven success driving product strategy on a 6–12 month horizon with measurable customer and business outcomes • Strong market analysis and understanding of product packaging and pricing • Experience mentoring or guiding Product Owners, Business Analysts, or other product team members • Experience leading through influence to build strong cross-functional partnerships • Proven success working in Agile environments, including process improvement and tracking metrics • Revenue fluency and strong business acumen • Comfortable presenting to executives and external partners • Advanced understanding of networks, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and Agile practices • Strong experience with Jira • Comfort with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar • Experience working with Associations and/or Nonprofits is a plus • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18 • Required employment eligibility verification upon hire
