📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy and platform evolution behind a key product line • Create, own, and maintain the technical product roadmap spanning capabilities, platform infrastructure, technical debt, security, and scaling • Develop an in-depth understanding of platform architecture, product use cases, the broader Momentive portfolio, and third-party integrations • Translate product-line needs and stakeholder input into technical requirements, initiatives, and Engineering epics • Identify shared patterns and consolidate duplicated efforts into scalable, reusable capabilities • Maintain alignment between Architecture/Engineering and Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other non-R&D functions • Translate complex platform decisions into clear business-impact narratives • Work with Support to triage and prioritize operational issues affecting customers and the broader platform • Improve Product/Architecture interface processes and ensure clean handoffs and shared accountability • Monitor platform adoption, usage, performance, and reliability metrics to guide technical investment decisions • Act as Product Owner when needed, operating with high autonomy and influencing teams without direct control • Use AI tools daily to prototype technical approaches, analyze usage data, generate draft specifications, synthesize stakeholder input, assess systems and data flows, and support communication and decision-making • Stay current on AI tooling and platform patterns and share effective approaches with the product and engineering organization • Report to the Director of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years in a software/SaaS environment • 4+ years in a product management role • Advanced technical understanding of networking, databases, operating systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure • Ability to read architecture diagrams, review API designs, and engage in detailed technical discussions with engineers • Experience defining APIs, data contracts, and integration approaches • Experience managing platform or system migrations while maintaining continuity for dependent teams and customers • Advanced understanding of Agile processes and deployment methodologies, including CI/CD • Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Demonstrated, meaningful use of AI tools in your own workflow • Ability to derive and apply technical product strategy across one or more products on a 6–12 month time horizon • Strong market and portfolio analysis skills • Experience with secure coding, compliance, and security practices • Strong experience with Jira and metrics tracking • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18 • Experience working with Associations and/or Nonprofits is a plus
