📋 Description

• Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including identifying creators, outreach, and relationship management • Provide constructive feedback to partners to ensure content quality and brand alignment • Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators • Use video editing tools to enhance UGC quality and branding • Maintain and organize content in CMS tools and properly archive assets • Stay updated on UGC trends, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging tools • Work closely with paid social to optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok ads • Analyze performance metrics, refine content, and test variations to maximize campaign results

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles • Deep understanding of UGC trends • Enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities • Strong project management abilities and ability to juggle multiple collaborations and deadlines • Familiarity with performance tracking tools • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, Canva, and Figma • Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Aspire and Air • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, resourceful approach • Ability to collaborate synchronously mostly from 9 AM–2 PM PT
