📋 Description

• Assist residents with all aspects of daily life as indicated in their care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities • Provide bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding assistance • Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality • Escort residents to meals and activities • Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts • Document all services provided during the shift • Immediately report changes in a resident’s condition to the supervisor • Report to the Clinical Services Director

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma • Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population • Dementia experience preferred • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. • Ability to lift and support residents intermittently • Must use proper body mechanics
