📋 Description
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding according to care plans • Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality • Escort residents to meals and activities • Ensure assigned residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts • Document all services provided during each shift • Immediately report changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor • Support residents with personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities • Report to the Health & Wellness Director
🎯 Requirements
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid • Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population preferred • Dementia experience preferred • Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs • Ability to perform intermittent lifting and supporting of residents • Must use proper body mechanics
