📋 Description

• Support the Placement Coordinator with new placements, intra-agency moves, and sub-contract referrals • Serve as a secondary contact for placement and referral calls • Assist with placements for Campus and Community Resource Homes • Coordinate sub-contract referrals from private provider agencies • Support respite care placement when standard arrangements are unavailable • Collect required documentation and accurately enter and maintain placement and referral data • Collaborate with staff, clients, and external providers • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Placement Coordinator

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in the field with a demonstrated high level of competence and leadership ability • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team • Physical and emotional stability required to carry out all duties • Ability to work Monday through Friday according to the needs of clients and staff
