• Support the Company Center Instructor and/or Assistant Instructors in instructional and management tasks • Work with one or two younger or new Kumon students to provide instruction • Ensure proper study habits and work skills are developed • Individualize strategies for student development • Assess student skills development • Grade student classwork, homework, and corrections • Assist students with feedback based on observations • Relay messages and parental concerns to the Instructor • Prepare student files and assist with marketing initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Strong verbal communication skills • Intermediate written communication skills preferred • Proficient math skills a plus • Proficient in basic computer usage • Customer service minded individual
