📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, tailored coaching to clients on behalf of coaches. • Execute end-to-end coaching tasks, including deploying coach templates and applying specific protocols. • Manage client inboxes daily, provide motivation, and answer questions within established service levels. • Maintain a credible and authentic coaching presence in client interactions. • Adapt to coaches’ working hours, weekly rhythms, and coaching philosophies. • Handle multiple coaches and distinct brand identities without cross-contamination of coaching styles or protocols. • Adhere to SLAs for response times and proactive client outreach. • Manage the commercial lifecycle of clients, including renewals and cancellations. • Identify and handle upsell opportunities end-to-end. • Provide first-line app support and facilitate digital onboarding; escalate to Support when necessary. • Collaborate with a supportive, dynamic team focused on the health and fitness industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays. • Must be a current resident of Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah. • A deep-rooted passion for health and fitness, with a natural ability to translate complex goals into actionable, motivating steps. • An "athlete’s heart" and a "teacher’s mind”: driven to see others succeed and able to explain the "why" behind the "what." • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate empathetically and clearly across different mediums. • High emotional intelligence (EQ). • Proactive problem-solving skills. • Meticulous organizational habits; able to manage multiple client profiles and schedules. • Formal coaching certifications are a plus, not a requirement.
