• Support U.S. patent prosecution from initial filing to allowance • Prepare and file a wide range of USPTO submissions • Proofread and format attorney and agent prepared documents • Track deadlines, maintain compliance with USPTO rules and internal procedures • Assist with billing, docketing, status checks, and client communications
• 2+ years of general IP experience • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail • Solid writing and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic computer tasks • Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs • High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
