📋 Description

• Enter purchase orders in NetSuite based on order arrival and requested customer delivery dates • Manage EDI order support and new customer setup with internal IT • Liaise with Planning on supply planning mitigation and execute order allocations • Communicate with brokers and buyers about changing customer needs • Resolve purchase order discrepancies, revision requests and stock availability requests • Submit customer acknowledgements and approvals • Create analyses to determine order size requests • Communicate out-of-stock notifications and price increases to customers • Process and prioritize sales sample requests • Support post-delivery customer and Sales team activities • Support promotional order execution and delivery • Coordinate product repacks with third-party vendors • Liaise with e-commerce on retail-to-ecommerce packaging conversion • Provide operational support for quality-related risk mitigation • Coordinate customer allocation, back-in-stock timing and expediting plans with Quality, Operations and Sales • Align shipper forecasts with Demand Planning and schedule third-party vendor pack-outs • Ensure required finished goods and packaging materials are available, coordinating with Procurement as needed • Serve as order management subject matter expert for ERP development launch • Build standard operating procedure documentation • Lead cross-training initiatives for owned tasks • Participate in S&IOP and Demand Planning Consensus Calls

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, skills, education and location considered in determining exact salary • Knowledge of NetSuite technical entries for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders, customer acknowledgements, report creation and editing • Understanding of NetSuite processes involving Purchase Orders, Transfer Orders and Sales Orders • Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) purpose, use and processes • Ability to contribute to weekly Demand/Supply Alignment Calls and monthly SIOP calls • Ability to provide inputs for forward-looking forecasts during Demand Planning Consensus Calls
