📋 Description

• Manage technical and scientific professionals responsible for initiation and execution of programs • Work to execute quality, food safety, and regulatory programs within Mondelez and across their manufacturing, packing, and warehousing partners • Ensure Mondelez is consistently producing safe, high-quality products which meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards • Direct seamless execution of source, product, and process to ensure brand protection for all North America Venture Brands • Manage and verify Quality Control Management Systems (Q C M S) • Audit manufacturing control plans for new products and processes • Drive continuous improvement in the areas of Quality Assurance and Food Safety by setting goals and identifying key performance indicators • Ensure adherence to appropriate regulations and Company standards for quality

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related Sciences • Minimum 5 + years related experience (Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety &/or R&D) • Previous roles partnering with external partners • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment • Fundamental understanding of Sanitation, Hygienic Design, Pest Control, Quality, HACCP, and Food Safety principles • Knowledge of Mondelēz International Quality policies/procedures • Highly proficient computer (MS Office) and Communication skills (Verbal and Written) are required • Two years of experience supervising direct reports preferred • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
