• Convert in-depth shopping and omni retail environment data into insights and category, retail, and customer strategies and recommendations • Build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence • Create recurring business reviews providing deep, action-oriented analysis on drivers • Create insights-led category reviews, new item analyses, and seasonal reviews • Provide proactive insight into category drivers and promotional strategies to customers and sales teams • Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from Customer Partner cross-functionally • Provide share forecasts for key accounts • Drive digital commerce analysis and recommendations with retailer partners • Develop customer-facing presentations and compelling data-driven stories • Influence customer and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
• Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and analytical horsepower • Ability to synthesize insights into collaborative storytelling that leads to quantifiable results • Experience translating data into insights and applying insights to business questions • Analytical and problem-solving mindset for answering ambiguous business questions • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of data sources, including POS, syndicated, panel, and industry insights data • Ability to combine data visualization with shopper insights into a cohesive story • Knowledge of shelving strategy and planogram creation and modification using JDA, Apollo, or SpaceMan • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in category management, insights, marketing strategy, or analytics • Experience with Nielsen, Circana, and 1010 data sources • Experience using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to develop retail customer plans • Strong analytical and storytelling skills • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • In-depth knowledge of analyzing and visualizing large amounts of data • Experience developing customer-facing presentations • Strategic thinking and business acumen • Data-driven decision-making • Strong communication and presentation skills • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management • Proven ability to influence and align customers and business stakeholders • Project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
