📋 Description

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory • Deliver customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards and expectations • Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence standards • Capture display photos and document execution through DMI and Salesforce • Implement promotional displays according to RTM-negotiated plans • Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the District Manager or RTM • Support new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and promotional events • Build relationships with receivers, department managers, and store leadership • Reinforce foundational skills and assist with onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers • Develop operational, communication, and problem-solving skills for future advancement into management • Follow safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies while lifting, bending, and moving product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides • High School Diploma or GED required • College degree preferred • 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred • Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends • Ability to travel across assigned markets • Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs. • Ability to push and pull product • Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles • Customer service mindset • Confidence using mobile tools and applications • Adaptability and initiative in responding to coverage needs and store challenges • Time and task management skills • Physical readiness for store execution work • Ability to reinforce foundational skills and support onboarding
