📋 Description

• Advise and consult OPEN MINDS clients on strategy development, performance management, financial analysis, market research, service line development, marketing and business development, operations, staffing, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, leadership, and government. • Understand business challenges, assess client situations, develop strategies and solutions, draft reports, prepare presentations, and present recommendations. • Serve as project manager for client projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. • Manage project teams and workplans, communicate project status internally, and solve problems. • Manage relationships with OPEN MINDS and client project teams. • Serve as account manager, building relationships with project teams and senior executives and planning future engagements. • Prepare customer-facing deliverables and author recommendations using subject matter expert input and market research. • Participate in business development, including proposal development and writing. • Prepare articles and written materials for OPEN MINDS publications. • Prepare and deliver presentations at OPEN MINDS and client educational and training events, virtually and in person. • Track personal billable hours across projects and manage total project billable hours. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to advise OPEN MINDS clients across strategy, performance management, financial analysis, market research, service line development, marketing, business development, operations, staffing, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, leadership, and government. • Ability to understand business challenges, assess current situations, develop strategies and solutions, draft reports, prepare client presentations, and present recommendations. • Ability to manage projects, project teams, workplans, timelines, budgets, and project relationships. • Ability to build and manage relationships with client project teams and senior executives. • Ability to author customer-facing recommendations using subject matter expert input and primary and secondary market research. • Ability to participate in proposal development and business development activities. • Ability to prepare written publications and deliver virtual and in-person presentations. • Ability to track and manage billable hours across multiple projects.
