📋 Description

• Own customer deployment from the first day after close through live operation • Configure monitors, alerts, and integrations in customers' actual environments • Write production-quality Python, SQL, and API integrations for customer pipelines • Remove obstacles between signed contracts and fully operational deployments • Drive customers to active usage and measurable value • Expand adoption across teams, data assets, and use cases • Feed field observations back to Product and Engineering to influence the core product • Shape the FDE playbook as an early member of the function • Travel to customers approximately 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building on Snowflake, Databricks, or a modern cloud warehouse • Production Python and SQL experience • Experience wiring up REST APIs in another person's environment • Experience owning technical outcomes for enterprise customers after contract signing, including implementation, solutions, forward deployed engineering, or technical onboarding • Ability to run working sessions with data engineers and brief a VP • Experience operating without a playbook and building structure independently • Customer-facing data experience • Willingness and ability to write code in customer technology stacks • Authorization to work for any employer in the US • Approximately 25% travel to customers • dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or Looker experience is nice to have • Experience with data quality, pipeline monitoring, incident response, data observability, or an adjacent category is nice to have
