📋 Description
• Service and grow your existing client base using a flexible, international platform. • Take ownership of your practice with autonomy over billing rates, client development, and growth strategy. • Work closely with partners in complementary practice areas such as Tax, Intellectual Property, Trusts & Estates, and Real Estate to drive cross-selling opportunities. • Originate and manage a variety of corporate transactional matters, including: Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Fund Formation, Capital Markets Transactions. • Leverage an international platform to expand client services globally. • Contribute to the strategic growth of a core practice area.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience • Experience as a Partner or Senior Counsel at a law firm
