📋 Description

• Assist with accurate and timely monthly financial statement close, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis • Prepare and record asset, liability, and expense journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Assist with external audit and tax reporting by pulling data and collaborating with internal and external partners • Assist with designing, implementing, and managing scalable internal controls • Assist with bank reconciliations, bank deposits, sales tax calculation and payment, and accounts payable • Assist with business registration and tax compliance • Cultivate professionalism, collaboration, exceptional customer service, and rapid response to critical business needs • Complete other accounting projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a high-growth business • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field • CPA license preferred • Strong working knowledge of GAAP concepts, financial reporting, full-cycle accounting, and month-end close processes • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced-level facility in Excel • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, execute deliverables, prioritize multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of accounting software platforms • SaaS expertise preferred • Eligibility to work in the United States will be verified through E-Verify if selected
