• Travel to all practice locations, including newly acquired sites, to deliver training, observe operations, and validate efficiencies during integration • Facilitate remote training sessions for new providers and lead interactive workshops • Observe clinic workflows and provide actionable feedback supporting monthly reporting and organizational improvement • Review provider notes and communications for adherence to best practices and quality standards • Create and deliver educational materials for new and updated workflows and best practices using Mosaic’s EMR • Identify skill gaps and provide targeted support to clinical staff • Conduct skill assessments and coaching improvement sessions • Coach and support Super Users so they can train peers and improve clinic processes • Support established offices through remote assistance and onsite guidance as needed • Work with Quality, Risk, and Coding Educators to support Value-Based Programs • Communicate office staff concerns and questions regarding quality and coding workflows to the Supervisor • Identify workflow enhancement opportunities affecting provider experience with Millennium platforms • Assess coaching needs with leadership using metrics, reports, and discussions • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Integrations, Innovation, and Clinical Systems teams • Develop updated coaching materials aligned with current practices and organizational goals • Model Millennium Best Practices and documentation standards for new clinical and clerical staff • Provide clerical and clinical support during integration training and troubleshoot workflow and system-usage challenges • Compile and report coaching and site-visit findings to leadership • Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and patients • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field required • Bachelor’s degree is a plus • 3+ years of experience in a medical practice organization • Preferred credentials include CMA/RMA or LPN • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database software • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably Athena • Strong understanding of Value-Based programs, including HCC and Quality Measures • Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities • Commitment to continuous learning and expanding personal knowledge • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities • Creative problem-solving skills • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and willingness to learn new teaching techniques • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with help • Close visual acuity for data analysis, computer-terminal use, transcription, and extensive reading
