📋 Description

• Analyze autonomous vehicle data pipelines, including heuristic extraction, diagnostic evaluations, and ETL-driven performance data analysis and visualization • Lead the weekly Software Performance Review and own leadership autonomous-vehicle performance reporting • Calibrate metrics to executive goals and strategic business questions • Partner with team leads across heuristic extraction, infrastructure, diagnosis, reporting, data, and metrics analysis • Unify disparate data streams into cohesive release narratives • Mentor junior engineers and establish data visualization, chart design, and executive communication best practices • Architect and deploy automated reporting pipelines using AI workflows and MCP • Connect performance databases to presentation tools such as the Google Slides API to generate weekly reporting decks • Develop commercial readiness reviews and long-term autonomy trend analyses

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience bridging business intelligence, data science, and strategic reporting within a highly complex technical field such as Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, or Aerospace • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Intelligence, or Robotics, or an MBA combined with a strong technical foundation in engineering problem spaces • Superb communication skills and executive presentation experience • Ability to use data to build compelling points of view that influence stakeholders and drive engineering decisions • Ability to synthesize long-term system maturity vision while analyzing specific software release anomalies • Foundational understanding of robotics systems and data architectures • Understanding of autonomous vehicle performance, perception, and prediction validation • Expert data visualization, chart design, and executive communication skills • Familiarity with AI agent workflows and IDEs such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot • Understanding of API protocols such as MCP for securely connecting SaaS tools and databases
