📋 Description

• Conduct engaging and interactive onboarding sessions for new sales hires. • Implement a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, graded certifications, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness. • Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all participants. • Infuse a sense of excitement, healthy competition in onboarding. • Implement gamification elements to encourage participation, teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence. • Establish and communicate clear evaluation criteria for onboarding success. • Provide constructive feedback to participants and collaborate with managers to address performance gaps during the onboarding process. • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program and identify areas for improvement, owning and executing on resulting continuous improvement projects. • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance program content. • Support creation/curation of Enablement content to supporting onboarding, including: • Assist with other related duties as assigned, including facilitation for existing team members as needed to support broader Enablement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning and running end-to-end onboarding programs for sales/revenue teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization. • Experience of progressive responsibility in Enablement, or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization. • Exceptional communication (both verbally and in writing), presentation, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s Degree. • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.
