📋 Description

• Lead and manage new logo implementation programs • Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules • Cultivate customer relationships by maintaining proactive communication • Ensure deliverables align with customer goals • Coordinate resolution of client-reported issues • Apply Alkami’s risk management system • Communicate program status and issues • Mentor team members • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve client feature requests

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years in program/project management in SaaS or financial services • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered • Proven ability to manage complex program portfolios independently • Expertise in program scheduling, risk tracking, and issue resolution • Strong communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Confluence)
