• Provides advanced analytical and program management support to ensure the successful execution of complex programs • Leads program evaluations, manages deliverables, and coordinates with stakeholders to achieve program objectives • Monitors program performance, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes • Collects, analyzes, and interprets program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Develops detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders • Facilitates communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders • Identifies opportunities to optimize program processes and improve efficiency • Supports organizational change initiatives by recommending and implementing process improvements • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development • Contributes to departmental and organizational planning efforts by providing insights and recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis) • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) • Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, or ROI evaluations • Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application • Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects independently • Strong technical writing skills for developing program documentation, proposals, and reports
