📋 Description

• Develop, design, and maintain a KPI Executive Scorecard dashboard showing global business health • Perform recurring sales performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas • Support the quota-setting process and monitor President’s Club • Model efficiency drivers across churn, LTV:CAC, pipeline coverage, and other GTM metrics • Create a monthly GTM trends newsletter with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations for the executive team • Partner with GTM leadership to understand reporting needs and align dashboards with business objectives • Iterate and enhance dashboards based on user feedback and evolving requirements • Build reusable components, automate processes, and document best practices to improve operational scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of total professional experience • 3+ years of experience at a technology company in an analytics-focused role • Advanced spreadsheet skills using Google Sheets and MS Excel • Proficiency in SQL; Snowflake experience preferred • Expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics or similar dashboarding tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures and reporting capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex data insights to non-technical audiences • Passion for data analysis and translating data into actionable strategies • Sales operations experience is a plus • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
