📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of integrated marketing plans for North America, utilizing tactics across email automation, paid/organic social media, events, and digital media. • Draft and refine compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media, and sales enablement assets that resonate with our target government audience. • Partner closely with Field Marketing Managers, Vertical Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, Product teams, and Sales leadership to ensure campaigns align with business priorities and sales objectives. • Monitor campaign performance metrics and lead flows; assist in analyzing data to recommend real-time pivots, optimizing campaign efficiency and effectiveness. • Support the management and tracking of the North America campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. • Help equip the Global Government sales teams with the campaign tools, messaging guidelines, and collateral needed to successfully follow up on marketing-led leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution (B2B or public sector experience is a plus, but internships/foundational roles will be considered). • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
