📋 Description

• Own, write, manage, implement, and continuously measure project plans using automated project management tools and processes • Build, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project launch plans • Track deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies across cross-functional teams • Anticipate issues, explore contingency plans, and provide escalation management • Lead successful solution implementation and professional hand-off to Support and Success teams • Serve as the central project contact for customers, channel partners, subcontractors, and internal staff • Provide regular, transparent, and concise status updates • Organize and facilitate internal and external customer meetings • Drive decision-making and achievement of project goals, milestones, and deadlines • Navigate organizational complexity, influence stakeholders, and negotiate to ensure project success • Understand and articulate the business and financial implications of project decisions and outcomes • Collaborate with provisioning and product teams to enhance tools, processes, and methodologies • Analyze program data, assess project risks, recommend data-driven solutions, and prepare action plans

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience working with SaaS solutions • Bachelor's degree required • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Demonstrated experience leading agile projects in a highly matrixed organization • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate big-picture strategy and build cross-departmental trust • Proficiency in developing project documentation • Experience with cloud-based document management systems • Experience with Public Safety communications systems is a significant plus • Understanding of local public safety customers, including police, fire, and EMS, is a significant plus • PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are highly desirable • Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk experience is a plus • Travel under 10% • No relocation provided
