📋 Description

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across several domains, markets, and business priorities • Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives and frameworks through implementation, QA, measurement, and optimization • Identify and prioritize on-site, off-site, technical, and emerging search optimization initiatives • Develop SEO/GEO experiments to uncover search behavior trends and winning tests • Lead advanced SEO and competitive analyses, translating findings into recommendations and activities • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Content, Web Development, UX, and Data Analytics • Establish emerging SEO KPIs, standards, and best practices • Communicate complex search concepts through concise, business-focused narratives • Monitor search and AI search trends and forecast impacts on strategy • Report directly to the Senior Manager for Search and AI Optimization • Drive organic growth for Motorola Solutions’ global security and safety solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of successful organic growth • Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, organic authority building, keyword and topic cluster research, and search intent • Strong interest and hands-on experience in developing optimization strategies for AI and emerging search experiences and platforms • Proven mastery of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics 4, Screaming Frog or similar tools • Expertise in lead management and flows, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and HubSpot • Analytical, data-driven approach and ability to prioritize activities based on projected ROI • Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate complex SEO and GEO data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Content, Web, Analytics, Product Marketing, PR, Design, and other marketing functions • Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; GC/CITIZEN ONLY • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available • Self-starter who is driven, organized, and able to collaborate across teams
