They offer services like texting for campaigns and support candidates, campaign managers, and organizations in optimizing growth and communications strategies.

📋 Description

• Support internal voter turnout and persuasion programs to increase the impact and reputation of Movement Labs’ Core programs • Deliver design, research, and campaign services efficiently and effectively • Draft messaging aligned with voter turnout and persuasion program goals • Support experiment design and draft assets with program leadership • Conduct election, voter turnout, and persuasion research on prospective internal campaigns • Collaborate with departments on full research projects • Follow project management workflows, meet deadlines, and highlight blockers • Collaborate across Program and other Movement Labs teams • Support execution of client programs • Manage Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based project-management and communications systems • Develop documentation and automation to improve project-management efficiency and voter outreach program quality • Support program launches with the Core Engagement Services team • Draft program reports and experiment-results decks conveying program details, RCT results, and actionable insights • Manage specific research projects and/or client outreach activities as assigned by Program leadership • Provide occasional project-management support to cross-functional team members during group projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations; internships welcome • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and status updates • Strong attention to detail • Ability to draft project deliverables while adhering to timelines and action items • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and systems • Experience executing voter turnout or persuasion campaigns • Comfortable with Asana, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, and Launchpad-based systems • Alignment with Movement Labs’ mission and desire to help build progressive power • Preferred: Experience with Randomized Controlled Trials and large-scale text campaigns • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available

🏖️ Benefits

• Full year equivalent salary of $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience • Additional Cost-of-Living salary Adjustment • $2,000 cycle-completion bonus for staying through Election Day • Work-life stipend of $700/month pre-tax dollars during the highest intensity work period, starting August 1 and prorated for partial months • Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) matching • Remote-first culture with teammates across the country • Possible on-call requirements • Temporary position running through November 20, 2026
