📋 Description

• Own SEO as a strategic service line for hundreds of independent med spa practices • Set SEO strategy and raise and standardize execution quality across the practice portfolio • Build systems and reporting that scale without proportional headcount growth • Lead a team of 2 SEO specialists executing day-to-day work • Audit a representative sample of launcher, operator, and Enterprise practices • Ship 2–3 fast, visible SEO fixes in the first three months • Design and implement the SEO playbook/SOP with SLAs, QA checkpoints, and reporting cadence • Own recurring GBP management, citation management, on-page and technical audits, and reporting • Improve keyword ranking movement, Map Pack visibility, or organic lead volume across a defined cohort • Demonstrate before/after growth in organic-channel contribution to lead volume and revenue • Define a local SEO tool stack with RevOps and Product • Build dashboards, automated alerts, standardized playbooks, and largely self-serve reporting and optimization • Test and document GEO/AEO visibility across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini • Set a 12-month roadmap for local, technical, content, and AI-search SEO • Serve as Moxie’s internal SEO subject matter expert • Mentor others, inform sales conversations, support Enterprise SEO and MAAP, and shape the Enterprise offering • Partner with Provider Success, Product, Data, RevOps, and Sales • Report to the Marketing Services Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience • Experience managing SEO across many small or local businesses simultaneously, ideally at an agency or multi-location brand • Depth in technical SEO, including site speed, schema/structured data, and crawlability • Experience in on-page/content SEO • Experience in local SEO, including GBP, citations, and Map Pack • Experience with emerging GEO/AEO • Fluency with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and a local-SEO/citation platform such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, or Yext • Systems-thinking approach to standardizing and scaling execution, reporting, and communication across hundreds of practices • 1–3+ years managing or mentoring junior team members, ideally in a marketing or SEO context • Ability to own a service line end to end, including strategy, SLAs, QA, and reporting impact in leads and revenue • Bonus: local-service, multi-location, or franchise SEO experience • Must be US-based • Must answer required application questions and provide a resume • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be required to work in the United States
