📋 Description

• Prepare the Core Services forecast each cycle by building and loading cost center detail in Pigment, validating inputs, reconciling against the prior cycle, and documenting movements and drivers • Assemble the monthly budget update, including variance to plan, drivers, and open items for budget owners and the COO • Partner with Accounting through monthly close by tying out actuals, accruals, and forecast and resolving coding and timing issues • Maintain position-level headcount tracking and the headcount-to-plan bridge in coordination with People and hiring managers • Track vendor and cloud spend, including POs, commitments, renewals, run-rate changes, and anomalies • Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve the speed and reliability of forecasting, close, and reporting • Support Core Services teams by answering data and reporting questions and escalating items requiring partnership discussion • Report to the Finance Manager, Core Services, and work closely with teams across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in business unit FP&A, corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or a comparable analytical finance role, including hands-on work through a full budget and forecast cycle with close and variance analysis • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills; attention to formula cleanliness, auditability, and accuracy • Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment, Adaptive, or Workday, and accounting systems; NetSuite preferred • Grounding in accounting fundamentals, including accruals and the monthly close cycle • Familiarity with cloud cost or FinOps concepts • Interest in applying AI, automation, and systems thinking to recurring finance work • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and cycle deadlines without loss of accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining variances to non-finance audiences • Ability to work across functions and distill detail into structured summaries • Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly • Experience supporting technical or G&A functions in a shared-services finance environment is nice to have • Experience building Finance automations or AI-assisted workflows is nice to have • Experience with BI tools, SQL, Python, Power Query, or other data querying and programming languages is nice to have
