📋 Description

• Support Mountain Pacific’s work under the Federal Opioid Prescriber Support program • Provide direct outreach, engagement, coaching, and targeted technical assistance to assigned prescribers and clinical partners • Support evidence-based pain management, opioid stewardship, opioid-related risk reduction, quality improvement, and graduation from the OPS program • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned prescribers • Document all required activities • Collaborate with Mountain Pacific team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders • Meet contract expectations and performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in clinical quality improvement, health care education, provider engagement, technical assistance, or a related field • A bachelor’s degree or specialty certification is preferred • Knowledge of health care quality improvement methods is preferred • Knowledge of evidence-based pain management practices is preferred • Knowledge of opioid-related risk reduction is preferred • Knowledge of health care data is preferred • Knowledge of provider support is preferred • Experience with Salesforce or similar documentation systems is helpful • Experience with CMS quality improvement initiatives is helpful • Experience with quality reporting is helpful • Experience with federal health care contracts is helpful • Ability and willingness to travel 15%–60% of the time
