📋 Description

• Deliver strategic reporting and insights to the C-Suite, Executive Management team, and Board of Directors • Partner with functional leaders to develop KPIs, provide ongoing reporting, and analyze the business impact of strategic initiatives • Segment and analyze the business and provide Executive Team updates on progress toward goals • Identify insights and recommendations for improvement • Develop and monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, outliers, and obscurities • Translate data into actionable insights for functional leaders • Assist in creating Board of Directors presentations using financial, commercial, and operational data • Create simple, compelling visuals demonstrating business performance, trends, and progress • Design and implement reporting solutions for stakeholder decision-making • Create and update dashboards powering operational teams and hallway monitors • Foster a transparent, data-driven culture and continuous improvement • Support strategic initiatives by forecasting business impact and analyzing pilot or implementation results • Perform ad hoc data retrieval and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and VBA • Ability to synthesize and communicate data effectively verbally and visually • Knowledge of Power Apps and integrating usage into production environments • Advanced knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, and Microsoft applications, including Excel • SQL/DBA experience and ability to pull data from reporting servers for analysis • 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience • Experience with modern data platforms and cloud analytics ecosystems such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake • Experience with data modeling, transformation, and analytical querying for enterprise reporting and insights • Experience building financial models and translating them into usable tools and simplified insights • Experience with BI and BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo • Bachelor’s Degree required • Ability to work remotely from home and use a computer, telephone, and basic office equipment • Must pass a background screen before beginning employment • Must complete a drug screen after hiring • Must agree to necessary compliance regulations • Must adhere to applicable HIPAA regulations and company policies concerning sensitive health information confidentiality, privacy, and security
