📋 Description

• Be a go-to advisor for business partners navigating global, state, and federal privacy, and cybersecurity laws. • Elevate and evolve our established privacy programs that power enterprise-wide compliance strategies. • Lead privacy and data security due diligence efforts with confidence and precision. • Shape technology product development and commercial operations — including rolling up your sleeves on commercial contracting when needed. • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism. • Take on new challenges as they arise — because in this role, no two days look the same.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required, along with active bar membership in good standing (or regional equivalent). • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in an in-house law department, with at least 5 years focused on privacy law. • Management experience is required. • Authorization to work in the applicable jurisdiction is required. • CIPP certifications are preferred.
