📋 Description

• Work closely with our Innovation Solutions, AI Governance Committee, Product Lines and other engineering and product-related departments during concept, development and execution of new products and processes. • Determine best practices for the company’s usage of AI technologies. • Counsel on compliance with intellectual property rights of third parties, AI laws, privacy and security laws and provide internal training and oversight in partnership with other departments. • Research and draft internal processes and policies relating to intellectual property, AI laws, and privacy and security in partnership with other departments. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including license agreements, strategic partnerships, data protection agreements, and counsel on customer agreements and licensing in collaboration with Regional Legal department teams.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and current licensure to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Technological/engineering/computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. • Transactional or litigation legal practice experience, preferably in intellectual property – patent/copyright/software licensing, AI or privacy and security.
