📋 Description

• develop contract negotiation and drafting skills to close deals • guide SpendHound commercial teams through the lifecycle of a deal • learn in a rapidly changing environment • enhance processes, efficiency, and best practices • collaborate with SpendHound team to facilitate contract reviews

🎯 Requirements

• law degree (JD or equivalent) from a top law school • license to practice and are a member of good standing in New York • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney • drafting and negotiating business contracts strongly preferred • passion for drafting, negotiating, and redlining • stellar attention to detail • excellent interpersonal and communication skills • thrive in the unknown and motivate to think creatively • nice to have: SaaS background preferred
