📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize, and release medical and imaging records via mail or courier service • Manage and distribute incoming record requests received through online submission, email, and fax • Manage mailouts in MRO Clinics CarePortal • Ensure recipient information is accurate and complete for each mailout • Release records, imaging, and forms in paper or electronic format according to policies, procedures, or requester preference • Coordinate courier pickups for packages when applicable • Coordinate with notaries for certifications before release when applicable • Provide timely and accurate status updates to requesters by email or phone • Assist patient/requester walk-ins and coordinate with Account Managers on STAT requests or questions • Pull and/or burn imaging records to CD/DVD for mail or patient pickup • Monitor office supply inventory and request supplies as needed • Escalate issues and errors to department leaders
