📋 Description

• Provide direct assistance to the ROI Account Manager • Review, process, and release medical records via mail, fax, email, and other mediums • Create invoices for disability/FMLA forms according to policies and procedures • Review records for accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations • Provide and log detailed, accurate information on each processed file/chart • Update and maintain Accounting of Disclosures for disability/FMLA form activities • Apply accurate data to processed charts when necessary • Contact patients/requesters to collect payment on pending disability/FMLA forms • Assign forms to Disability Account Managers/Form Specialists as necessary • Provide customer service while ensuring patient privacy • Handle high call volumes while maintaining service and professionalism • Maintain production/quality goals and manage assigned accounts within established turnaround times • Report to the Director of Operations as necessary
