• Drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise • Serve as the primary contact for customers within the assigned territory • Collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and field colleagues • Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals • Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics • Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies, standards, and ethics • Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company portfolio • Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals • Align customer needs with company products according to product labeling • Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals • Maintain knowledge of headquarters-approved information regarding products, disease, and marketplace • Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools • Travel throughout the Allentown, PA territory, with approximately 25% overnight travel potentially required
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years of relevant work experience at S1 level • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience at S2 level • Relevant experience may include professional sales, marketing, military service, or healthcare/scientific roles such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer expectations • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Valid driver’s license • Strong customer relationship-building and needs-assessment abilities • Reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories, or within 75 miles for non-metro territories; otherwise willing to relocate at own expense • Background in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service preferred • Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals preferred • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience preferred • Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists preferred • Experience launching products and succeeding in competitive markets preferred • Ability to simplify complex information and convey technical details clearly preferred • Proficiency in advanced analytics to generate customer insights and drive sales preferred • Comfortable using multichannel tools and technology to expand sales reach preferred • Proactive learning approach and agile growth mindset preferred
