• Drive meaningful patient impact through scientific expertise and customer engagement • Serve as the primary contact for customers in the assigned territory • Collaborate with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and field colleagues • Develop and execute a territory-level business plan • Maintain current product knowledge and company portfolio certifications • Conduct balanced, compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals • Provide management with updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals • Stay knowledgeable about approved company product, disease, and marketplace information • Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools • Develop and manage relationships with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals • Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics • Cover the Roanoke, Danville, Blacksburg, Salem, and Princeton territory • Travel approximately 25% with possible overnight travel
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or high school diploma/equivalent with relevant work experience as specified by level • S1: 0–3 years of relevant work experience if using the high school pathway • S2: 3+ years of sales experience with high school diploma, or at least 6 years of relevant work experience with high school diploma • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms with healthcare professionals • Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Valid driver’s license • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Reside in the territory or within 25 miles of the workload center for designated metro territories, or within 75 miles for non-metro territories; otherwise willing to relocate at own expense • Preferred: sales, account management, consultative, or customer service background • Preferred: experience analyzing metrics, cardiovascular sales, product launches, competitive markets, advanced analytics, and multichannel sales tools • US and Puerto Rico residents only • Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not provided
