• Develop ongoing professional relationships with key decision makers in organized health systems • Provide accurate, balanced, and credible information on the full oncology product portfolio, clinical science, and quality management • Develop strategic account plans with Integrated Account Management Account Executive teams • Execute medical activities in alignment with agreed account plans • Serve as the primary resource for market dynamics within the territory • Understand decision makers’ evolving information needs and contribute to value-proposition development • Communicate and coordinate with the Regional Medical Scientific Director regarding medical and scientific support needs • Support strategic planning for the PHSO MAD Team Lead, PHSO MAD Executive Director Medical Affairs, and Country Medical Affairs team • Attend and support scientific and medical meetings • Prepare post-meeting deliverables • Mentor other team members
• MD, PhD, or PharmD • 3 years of dedicated experience in a field-based MA role working with regional and/or national payers, integrated delivery systems, or scientific leaders OR 5 years of clinical oncology experience working within a health system OR the equivalent • Experience with organized healthcare systems or payer organizations • Ability to develop peer-to-peer relationships with key decision makers • Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, healthcare delivery system structure and function, pharmacoeconomics, disease management, quality management, value-based payment, and healthcare delivery policy and trends • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to network • Strong personal integrity • Collaborative mindset • Strong customer focus • Thorough understanding of ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment • Demonstrable project leadership abilities • Candidates should reside in NC, SC, or TN • Must be available for travel up to 50% • Valid driving license • No visa sponsorship available
